Meet Our Team
Michael D. Cesaro, P.E.
Owner/President
Mr. Cesaro's background includes 36 years of engineering design and construction management in the areas of marine and
site construction. He is a 1977 graduate of Roger Williams University, with an Associates Degree in Engineering Technology. He then received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental
Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, with studies concentrated in the areas of structural design, marine structural design and geotechnical engineering. He is a member of the American Society
of Civil Engineers, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Rhode Island.
Prior to working in Rhode Island, he worked as a design engineer and field engineer in the offshore oil industry. Since his
return to Rhode Island in 1984, he has worked both as an engineer and field engineer in the areas of environmental engineering, highway and site construction. As President of Site Tech Corporation, he
oversees the areas of financial management, estimating and contracts for the company.
Michael J. Donatelli
Owner/Vice President
Michael Donatelli's background includes 36 years of experience in building and highway construction. He is a graduate of
Wentworth Institute of Technology and Bryant University, and former owner of a construction equipment company. In addition, his work experiences include overseeing building and site construction projects
between $1-6 million in size.
Mr. Donatelli is an active member of the Utility Contractors Association of Rhode Island (UCARI), currently serving as their
President. In his role as Vice President of Site Tech Corporation, Mike is responsible for the daily management of field operations, including project management. He is also responsible for overseeing
the day-to-day safety and safety training of Site Tech Corporation's work force.
Mark A. Ceprano
Project Manager
Mr. Ceprano's background includes 23 years of experience in highway and site construction, including 21 years as an employee of Site Tech
Corporation. Mark has earned a reputation for wearing many "hats" at Site Tech Corporation. His many roles include purchasing and tracking the delivery of materials, coordination and scheduling of
subcontractors, managing the purchase, maintenance and rental of all equipment and vehicles, safety reporting, and project management.
Maureen A. Jackson
Account Manager
Ms. Jackson's background includes over 20 years of experience in sales, office administration, and management. Maureen is a graduate of
Rhode Island College, and has been an employee of Site Tech Corporation for 10 years. Her work experiences include sales, purchasing, billing inventory management, and tax preparation. In addition to the
management of the day-to-day office operations, her responsibilities at Site Tech Corporation includes the management of billing and payments, payrolls, insurance, taxes, and financial data.
